Online Casino Announces Merger

The news follows the re-launch of Bowmans.com as a new sportsbook, poker room, casino and games room, and sees both companies pooling together their resources following the impact of the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act).
Bowmans has felt the full force of its enforced withdrawal from the US market, culminating in this week’s announcement concerning operations in Gibraltar and also the downsizing of its call centre headquarters in Mauritius.However, the company is now looking to the future and the partnership with one of the UK’s most prominent betting and gaming firms is seen as a step in the right direction.
